Where we ship

SCIGOLD currently ships within the United States (50 states). We're working on international shipping — join the list to hear when it opens in your country.

Shipping cost

  • Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35.
  • Orders under $35: a flat $4.99 standard shipping fee.
  • Expedited options are shown at checkout where available.

Processing & delivery time

  • Processing: orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed.
  • Standard delivery: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (continental US).
  • You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How lithium batteries ship

Our cells and chargers are certified to UN 38.3 and ship by ground carriers (USPS / UPS) in compliance with US DOT regulations for lithium batteries. This is standard for rechargeable Li-ion products and does not affect your delivery estimate.

Returns

30-day return window

If you're not satisfied, you can return any SCIGOLD product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in resalable condition with original packaging where possible — but if a product arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right regardless.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (for defective/damaged items) or return instructions.
  3. Pack the item and drop it with the carrier shown on your label.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
  • Defective or damaged on arrival: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
  • Change-of-mind returns: the original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Warranty

Every SCIGOLD cell and charger carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If a product fails under normal use within that period, we'll repair, replace, or refund it. Full warranty terms are in our Terms of Service.
