Where we ship

SCIGOLD ships to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping cost

• Free standard shipping on all US orders of $35 or more.
• Orders under $35: a flat $4.99 standard shipping fee.

Processing & delivery time

• Processing: orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed.
• Standard delivery: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (contiguous US).
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How lithium batteries ship

Our lithium cells have UN 38.3 test summaries and ship by ground carriers (USPS / UPS) in compliance with US DOT regulations for lithium batteries. This is standard for rechargeable Li-ion products and does not affect your delivery estimate. A battery above 100 Wh, such as the BK5300, travels by road only: never by air, and never by USPS.

Returns

30-day return window

If you're not satisfied, you can return a SCIGOLD product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and components included. Batteries that have been cycled more than 5 times can't be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, but they are still covered by the warranty below. If a product arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right regardless.

How to start a return

1. Email info@scigoldpower.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (for defective/damaged items) or return instructions.
3. Follow our packing instructions and use the carrier shown on your label. Do not ship a damaged, swollen, leaking, or otherwise unsafe battery until we confirm the appropriate handling instructions.

The BK5300 jump starter and power bank (115.2 Wh) cannot go back by USPS or by air; our reply tells you how to send it by ground.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
• Defective or damaged on arrival: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
• Change-of-mind returns: the original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Warranty

Every SCIGOLD product carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase: cells, charging cases and chargers, cables, wall chargers, and portable chargers, including the BK5300 jump starter and power bank. If a product fails under normal use within that period because of a covered manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it. If we cannot repair or replace it, we'll refund its purchase price. SCIGOLD pays for assessment, parts, labor, repair or replacement, and shipping both ways for a covered claim. Email info@scigoldpower.com with your order number and a description of the issue before sending a product back.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The full coverage, exclusions, claim procedure, and legal-rights disclosures are in Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
