The 100W runs a laptop and a phone and keeps a USB-A port for older cables. The 150W gives up to 140W from one port and charges two laptops at once.
100W or 150W
Which charger do I need?
Pick by what you plug in. On both chargers the ports are numbered from the end with the plug prongs. Put your main laptop on USB-C1: on the 150W it never drops below 65W, and on the 100W it keeps 65W next to any one other port and with all four in use.

Cables that carry the power
The charger is only as fast as the cable.
A standard 3A USB-C cable tops out at 60W. 100W needs a 5A cable, and the 150W's 140W runs at 28V, which needs a cable rated for 240W.
