Fast charging
PD 3.0, PPS and the older standards
The port speaks USB Power Delivery 3.0 with PPS, the mode USB-C phones use for their own fast charge.
It also answers the older fast-charge standards, so a phone that does not use USB-PD still charges quickly: Quick Charge 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0+, Apple 2.4A, Samsung 2.0A, FCP, SCP, AFC and PE 2.0.

A 3A cable is all it needs
45W is within what a standard 3A USB-C cable carries, so any cable rated for 60W takes the full 45W, such as the SCIGOLD 60W silicone cable. A 100W or 240W cable works too, and simply carries more than this charger can give.
